We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect — right next to the beach and within walking distance of several great restaurants. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made the experience even better. Extremely Disappointing Stay – Do Not Be Misled by Reviews 0/5 This was one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was far below acceptable standards. The hot water did not work properly, several lights were out for two days, and some fixtures appeared to be ripped out entirely. There were visible holes in the walls, and the beds were old and very uncomfortable.What was most concerning was that at the end of the stay, the owner offered money back in exchange for a 5-star review. That raises serious questions about the authenticity of the positive ratings.I strongly recommend looking elsewhere and not relying solely on the 5-star reviews when considering this property.

This is a poorly maintained unit. The air conditioning did not work in the family/dining room. The ceiling fan switches were hanging with wire exposed. The ceiling has water damage with stains and plaster cracking. Furniture was damaged and in poor condition.
