The Building location is perfect , everything from restaurants, cafes, museums, historic tours, boat excursions to islands and very vibrant nightlight and clubs are all within 10 mins walking.

regarding visitors , yes a visitor is allowed, they must have a valid ID which needs to be sent for owner approval prior to 6pm in the evening any requests after this time will be approved for the following day.
