A charming 200-square-meter home located in Getsemani—one of the world’s most exclusive neighborhoods, according to Forbes magazine—features four bedrooms with four bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, an outdoor patio, and a pool with two waterfalls.

Our staff will ensure that your room is well maintained, free of trash, and that bathroom amenities are restocked daily for your comfort.
The pool staff will ensure every day that the pool is spotless so you can enjoy sunny days and cool off in it.

Please note that parties are not permitted at the property. To ensure safety and comply with requirements set by the Colombian government, each guest must present a passport and/or identification document upon arrival at Casa Salvatore and must sign the rental agreement to confirm their stay at the house.

Rates: The price is the cost per night for the entire house, with a maximum capacity of 10 people. This means that guests can enjoy the entire property during their stay at Casa Salvatore.

Housekeeping: The housekeeping and maintenance team is responsible for maintaining and caring for the property and the pool, ensuring they remain clean and tidy throughout your stay.

Services for an additional fee:
- Transportation from the airport to the house and from the house to the airport.
- Day trips to beach clubs.
- Boat and yacht rentals to visit the Rosario Islands or watch the sunset over the bay.
- Ground transportation to cities such as Barranquilla, Santa Marta, and La Guajira.

Upon your arrival, a staff member will be waiting for you at Casa Salvatore to welcome you, provide house rules, and offer some recommendations for places to visit in the city to ensure you have an excellent experience at Casa Salvatore and in Cartagena.

Cleaning service is included in the rental price. Sheets and towels are changed every two days. Pool cleaning and maintenance are performed EVERY DAY between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

General pool maintenance is performed on SUNDAYS.
