The best boutique hotel in the neighborhood “El Cabrero”. Beautiful, cozy, all working fine, fancy pool and great breakfast. Very close to historic city and 24/7 Wilson or Manuel willing to help you on anything you need.

Beautiful property. Architecture and furniture are exactly as the pictures show. We had a very late check-in & they were on hand to help with luggage. Hotel is a short drive from the airport. We only stayed one night, as we were leaving to Isla Barú. Staff was polite & friendly.

Such a cute little hotel, great pool open 8am- 8pm. The front gate is locked so you have to have someone let you in but we never had an issue with having to wait for someone. Room was small but very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was not included and small menu but was pretty decent. Nice location, about a 20 minute walk into the walled city, and we would recommend the restaurant taco taco which is like a 2-3 minute walk away from the hotel. Overall great experience here, would recommend

Casa Bustamante is more like a B&B in terms of its hospitality (and its architecture - very much like a family hacienda). It's on a quiet street despite being only a short walking distance to the walled Cartagena antigua; it offers free breakfast plus a small swimming pool for cooling off. Very comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable cost.

Amazing place close to ciudad amurallada, peaceful to rest, full of plants, good breakfast with 4 choices. Staff was amazing, friendly and helping with everything, specially Rafael. This is a small hotel, outside the historic centre of Cartagena but only a short walk to the city wall (though involving a difficult crossing of a very busy road). The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Only a short walk to a decent beach, but there is not much else in the immediate area.

Our stay was short but incredibly sweet. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were so welcoming to us and all the guests. We also met Edgar and Claudia, who were both wonderfully attentive. It happened to be Claudia’s birthday weekend, and we were lucky enough to celebrate with her! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. There’s something truly unique and special about this place—it already feels like my second home in Cartagena. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or planning a special occasion like a birthday, wedding, or private event, this is the perfect place to celebrate.
