Great place to stay in a very safe area. Exito grocery store and many many restaurants are less than 5 min away. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Room was very clean and room service was promptly. Felt blessed to be there. The only complain is the wifi was very unstable and didn't work most of the time time and Wifi is important. But no complaints otherwise. Loved the place and highly recommended.

The staff was super sweet. We had a lovely stay but were missing some things like wash cloths (we had towels but not for our face so we purchased some). Also there was a bar attached to the hotel but when we asked if we could purchase a drink the bartender was told by staff not to sell it to us. Overall the location did what it needed to do.

The stuff was just OK, the cleaning lady is very good. The administración is really bad, they even charge me for a friends visit, and insinuated that she was a "pro" I'll never go back or recomend this place to no one!

Great little boutique. Downsides are- lack of water pressure, limited hot water, sound insulation between rooms, need cups and glasses in the rooms, coffee maker if you are a coffee drinker.
