Upon arrival, you will receive a bracelet that identifies you as a guest. You must have it during your stay. If you lose it, you must pay the corresponding additional value. Visitors are not allowed, only people registered at the time of booking can enter. To comply with the provisions of Resolution number 0409 of March 23, 2022 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, all guests must provide: - full name - identification (identity document for Colombian citizens and Passport for foreigners) - nationality - city of residence and/or origin that authorizes the processing of personal data.

This apartment is on the 40th floor of Morros City. Floors 40 and 41 are the building's two penthouse levels and have exactly the same features: double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and panoramic views. Both were designed and sold as penthouses.

Important: visitors are not allowed in this condominium. You can add or change the guests on your reservation up until check-in. Once check-in is completed, the guest list cannot be changed, and only the registered guests may enter.
