We found the hotel lovely and in a great location but very strict with allowing friends or family to visit. We had no hot water for a few days and phone to call main desk wasn’t working. Overall very comfortable room and great breakfast

We really liked the location and design of this boutique hotel. Christian at reception was great to help us with an earlier check in. Comfortable bed, swimming pools to cool off from the heat and humidity in Cartagena, and a great omelet at breakfast. Areas for minor improvement, our shower (#115) did not get hot…it was warm…which wasn’t so bad given the heat, the AC was quite cool, but given the high ceiling, it could be a degree or 2 cooler. Great spot in the old town with wonderful staff.

Amazing boutique hotel! Loved everything about it. Staff is very cordial and attentive. They helped us booked several tours and trips to the islands. Sancocho de pescado was exquisite at the hotel restaurant. Everything was delicious and fresh. My kids loved our two story room, the hotel swing and the cookies/drinks available all day. We will definitely be back. Also, centrally located in a safe and quit area. We walked everywhere even the port.

Beautiful property with absolutely amazing and welcoming staff. The breakfast here was phenomenal, and the pool was a great escape from the heat. The hotel is located on a quieter street nearby everything that you would need - convenience stores, highly recommended dinner spots, and lots of rooftop bars. We would definitely stay here again!
