Property was great. It was super clean and the entire building was really clean. The pool is also clean and walking distance to the beach. Please note that you have to reserve umbrella and chairs at an extra cost via an app. You reserve for the next day the day before so make sure you get it done because they sell out quick. I didn’t realize that the apartments are 30 minutes by car to the city of Cartagena. However, we were able to uber everyday no problem, but if that’s an issue for you, this might not be the place. The apartments have a kitchen and there is a supermarket 7 minutes by car to purchase groceries and water. There is one restaurant in a nearby hotel, but other than that there are no restaurants within walking distance. The host wasn’t the best a communicating. I had to ask the front desk about the beach and then had to reach out to the host multiple times to get me the username and password. I also had to reach out about the lack of towels. There were 5 of us and not enough towels. The cleaning lady however was amazing! She did a great job on the first day making sure the apartment was super clean (but note that she will not come back until the end of your stay). The host also at first gave us a hard time upon check in about leaving our luggage in the room while it was being cleaned. Check in is at 3:00 PM, but we arrived at 10:00 AM. It was hard to walk around to get food or hang out at the beach with all the luggage and the front desk won’t hold it.
