The villa

Designed to hold up to 12 guests across four bedrooms, seven beds, and 5.5 bathrooms, the villa at Calablanca Residences draws the outside in at every turn. Expansive living areas open toward the horizon, and floor-to-ceiling openings fill the rooms with soft ocean light throughout the day. A private entrance ensures arrivals feel seamless, and building staff are on hand 24 hours a day for anything you may need.



Outdoor living

The large private swimming pool is your anchor for slow mornings and long afternoons. A spacious patio extends the living space outward, surrounded by outdoor furniture and the kind of quiet that only a Caribbean afternoon delivers. The beach - 167 metres long and 37 metres wide, lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas - is steps away through the complex. Outdoor showers and a BBQ grill round out the setting for easy al fresco living. A backyard adds extra open space for children or simply stretching out. A long dock extending 60 metres into the water welcomes boats up to 60 feet in length.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms accommodate 12 guests across seven beds. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, bed linens, hangers, and ample clothing storage keep every room comfortable and organized. Essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided throughout.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from a simple breakfast to a full family meal. You have a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses at your disposal, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils for grilling outdoors. A dining table comfortably seats the group, and the kitchen is stocked with coffee for leisurely mornings.

Calablanca Residences offers a spa with separate entrances, jacuzzis, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio machines, weights, and pilates equipment. The game room features a pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball for evenings spent together.
