The space

The open-plan living area brings together comfortable seating, natural light, and a seamless flow between indoors and out. Wide terrace doors frame panoramic sea views that become the backdrop for everything - morning coffee, afternoon conversations, and evening drinks as the sky changes colour. The terrace itself is generous, extending the living space into the open air and inviting you to linger longer than planned.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms offer restful privacy across the group. Six beds sleep up to nine guests comfortably, and three and a half bathrooms ensure plenty of space for everyone. Fresh linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided throughout.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a more considered meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table brings everyone together indoors, or take it to the terrace for a meal with a view.



Outdoor living

Calablanca Residences offers a well-appointed range of communal spaces. The gym is set up for cardio, weights, and pilates, while the spa features jacuzzis, a steam room, and a sauna - use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge, with reservations made through your Concierge. Massages are available at an additional cost and can also be requested through your assigned Concierge. A game room includes a pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. Outdoor showers with L'Occitane soap sit just off the beach area, and the private beach - 167 metres of Caribbean shoreline - is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas for relaxed afternoons by the water.

Free parking is available on the premises, and an elevator provides easy access to the penthouse level. Getting here
