The space

Spread across a generous open-plan layout, this 3-bedroom penthouse is designed for groups who want to be together without sacrificing comfort. Large windows draw in natural light throughout the day, and the living and dining areas flow easily toward the terrace, keeping the sea always in view. Soft furnishings, warm lighting, and thoughtful touches throughout make the space feel immediately at home - suited equally to families and friend groups.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to 9 guests across 6 beds, with 3.5 bathrooms ensuring mornings run smoothly. Each room offers a private retreat from the shared spaces, with soft linens and ample storage.



Outdoor living

The spacious terrace offers sweeping panoramic sea views and the constant backdrop of the surf. Step beyond it and you're within the private community grounds - the beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. At 167 m long and 37 m wide, the beach is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. A large family pool bordered by sunbeds, a separate kids' pool, and outdoor showers complete the picture. Fire pits provide a soft glow after dark, and a 60-meter shared dock gives easy boat access for vessels up to 60 feet.



Amenities and shared spaces

Calablanca Residences offers a full suite of community amenities. The spa includes steam rooms, saunas, massage cabins, and outdoor jacuzzis - use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge, and reservations can be made through your Concierge. Massages are available at an additional cost and can also be requested through your assigned Concierge. A gym with cardio and pilates equipment, plus a game room with billiards, ping-pong, and foosball, round out the shared facilities. An on-site convenience store keeps essentials close at hand.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is well-equipped for group cooking: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes, cookware, and dining essentials. The dining table comfortably accommodates the group for shared meals.



Comfort and convenience

The penthouse includes Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, washer, dryer, iron, safe, hangers, clothing storage, and a full set of essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. A TV and pool table are available for downtime. Free parking is available both in the garage and on the street, and the building is elevator-accessible. Self check-in is available, and building staff are on-site 24 hours a day. Long-term stays are welcome.
