We booked last minute on a whim….we were greeted by the friendliest staff! That makes such a difference 😊. He was so attentive and friendly and happy! The rooms have been remodeled and were clean, air worked great! It was pleasant m, no complaints!

Do not stay here. People are living in some of the rooms. People were running around the property all night long. People were sitting outside one room talking loud all night. They pile junk/crap behind the buildings. Rooms were dirty- walls and doors need washing bad. Dirt piled in corners. At check-in, guy was completely rude, acted like we didn't have a reservation and it took a couple minutes to find my confirmation number, without it, he wasn't going to allow us to stay. We should have left. At least the shower was clean and hot.

The first and second room that that gave us were smoke filled and nasty. After the second room change we requested a refund and were told to contact Hotels.com for our refund. We told them we couldn’t stay in the smoky rooms and decided to drive back to Cochran,Ga, 3 1/2 hours away. If we don’t receive our refund we will not be using/staying with Hotels.com or Quality Inn again.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the sink, like a man had shaved over it. The toilet seat had brown smudge marks. The walls and doors had visible dirt and handprints. I didn't report it to the front desk because there were men outside in the parking lot yelling. It was an awful experience and I didn't sleep all night because the air conditioning was not working well.
