Over all was ok. Only stayed approximately 8 hours from checking in to checking out. Staff nice,room useful if staying a week or longer. Hallway need vacuumed badly. Very dirty.

Everything is broken in the room and they won't give us another room it's not as clean as it use to be the housekeeping can't be cleaning on the third floor because everything in room 306 is broken including the air conditioner the blinds were broken the door also so it's not the front desk its whoever cleans the rooms not reporting it

One of the last places i would choose

Staff at check in was okay. Staff in the morning horrible. Housekeep ladies were great. Not much of a breakfast nothing hot. They had two coffee containers which one was taken at 8am i went back for a second cup with the last container they had it was empty. The receptionist at the desk wasnt very welcoming. I felt like i was in her kitchen getting her food. Is how I felt. But, that may just be me. Overall if im not getting a week there i wouldnt stay again.

3 stars for service due to having to get your own clean towels and take out your own trash or get charged for it, but they have housekeeping. Never seen this type of service at any other hotel.

Not the greatest experience. Booked online a few hours before arrival. Didnt get to the hotel until around 10:30 or 11 pm. Was given our room only to walk in and find the room given was completely torn apart because whoever was cleaning it hadnt finished. Went back to the front desk and was given a different room. Found a bug in our daughters bed (Roach - not bedbug). The sheets has some stains on them as well, prompting us to sleep clothed under the blanket only. We were told there would be breakfast in the morning downstairs, only to find a couple of individually wrapped cereal bars, a couole muffins and coffee/tea packs to make individual cups with. We skipped breakfast and went to a restaurant. Ive stayed at quite a few hotels like this one before but this was the worst ive been in.
