Well, it is a clean room but this room was pet friendly and housekeeper must be sprayed tooooo much room freshener to get rid dog odor. I don’t have a dog. It was hardly to breathe. I wish I could ask to move different room.

Home Away From Home

The front desk clerk knew me by name when I walked in at 9:30 PM to register and gave me a warm welcome. It was amazing. It was like I’d just come as a guest in her home. I’d traveled from Washington DC and was weary and she just made my day. The room was outstanding and everything was sparking clean. I may extend my stay.

Adequate for an overnight stay. Service at check in excellent. Hotel has been upgraded and fairly maintained. Breakfast was ok, not great. Elevator was slow. TV was standard cable but no streaming capability (ie casting or Netflix)

Property right near interstate and clean. The breakfast area was nice but wasn't staffed like it should have been. Many things were gone and no one really present to keep it stocked. Like the fact you had bagels but not cream cheese or even butter for the waffles and hardly any syrup...why bother. The room and bathroom was nice and a strong shower which we liked. Right next to to Walmart which was great.

Area was good & safe. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking is not the best. Hallway carpet smells. They need to upgrade hotel. 1st day there, I had no soap or Shampoo in Shower dispensers. Lamp next to bed didn’t work, and I got woken up at 4am with the person above me making noise. Also, they only come every 3days to clean your room. But if you need towels, they will bring you some.

Quick get away..

It was a decent hotel for the price point. It has an indoor pool and a great location. However, the lady at the check-in table wasn't my favorite. Very frank.. No rapport. The carpet's condition raised some concerns with people in my party. They also ran out of syrup, which made waffles challenging. You get what you pay for.. And given the price point, none of these items are deal killers.. While it wasn't an incredible experience.. I could see us using this hotel again.

Great stay!

Checked in for a soccer tournament. Extremely friendly, great customer service. Room was clean and hotel smelled clean. Nothing bad to say at all! Definitely would stay here again. We had to check out early for a game so didn’t get to eat breakfast. Would suggest breakfast start at 630 instead of 7. That’s the only thing I can say.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was amazing. Unfortunately, the room had a musty smell. Even after spraying air freshener in the room, the musty smell would return. I would recommend staying again, but not on the ground floor where the water was behind the window, which possibly contributed to the musty smell.

Everything was good when I checked in until the next day. I have a service dog which I mentioned the first day I checked in. And signed a paper and have paperwork myself.. the next day I was feeding my dog and walking him and the housekeeper people which the housekeeping guy told her as she told me I had to check out and me and my family was from out of town. She did it in a very nasty ways, that I didn’t get to show her my paperwork, his paperwork. The people at the front desk was nice and respectful the housekeeper on that first shift I guess there was her family and kids.She had working there and the kids look under age. if she’s the supervisor, she’s a very nasty person and disrespect. how will you be calling owners and anybody else that I need to talk to? I went to another place and they treated me with respect and accept my dog.
