David was a great host with communication. The kitchen had a very low supply of dishes and no glasses (just small plastic cups). Some of the bedding was less than desirable and there were broken items in the house. David has been informed and I’m guessing he will address the issues.

I was in town to visit my son and his wife traveling 12 hours from NJ. The place sounded nice on the description but found issues when we got there. The one bathroom had a broken shower door and trickling water from the shower making that shower unuseable. The other shower tib had a back up with water every time you took a shower.There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom and the dining room chairs were bent and loose. There was 4 of us staying there in a 3 bedroom house and only 4 towels and they were old and bleach stained. 2 bedrooms had very thin and hard mattresses. The room listed as a playroom was just a small small room with a futon and huge stuffed animal in the corner. I immediately contacted the host with the number provided which said will promptly return call or message I did not hear back until 2 days later and was only staying w more night. Told the host that and told him not to bother with the repairs. He never responded at all. Very disappointed in the lack of concern for the guest and no communication. Still have not heard anything back from the host. Would not recommend.
