We loved this place! Three flights of stairs wasn’t ideal with a baby and all of the necessities.. But that was an oversight on our part. The plus side to being there floors up, amazing view! Super clean place.

The condo is a well appointed with a calm vibe. Both the living room and bedroom open out to a long 3rd floor balcony overlooking the beach. It is a short drive to the Fort Fisher Aquarium and Battlefield. It is a short walk to the boardwalk. Two things you should know: 1) If climbing stairs is difficult for you don’t book. There is no way up outside of 4 flights of steps. 2) The assigned parking under the building is VERY narrow. We golded the mirrors on our 2021 Honda Passport and only slight room for error.

This property was as advertised. Very updated and clean with great views. The beds and living area were very comfortable. Nice cookware and tableware. The keyless lock wasn't working for us initially. I called A1 properties and someone was there within minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was as described and location was great!! Loved the laid back feel of the area. Parking area was tight, but that was accurately described in the listing. Anyone who has difficulty in climbing stairs would probably need to consider another unit.

Sisters' Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was lugging everything up 3 flights of stairs but that was in the description. The condo was great and had everything we needed. The parking was tight but that was in description also. I would recommend to family & friends.
