The pros…. The home was clean. Newly remodeled. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed! Cute home. Same depiction as pictures. Close to the beach access point. The cons…. Initially getting into the home was an issue. My family stood outside for 20 minutes unable to access attempting all points of contact. We were finally able to be tempted in through the door lock following multiple attempts and being walked through multiple steps. I do not understand why this was not the first avenue. The home is a quad-plex. You can hear everything. The neighbors, next door and above. There was a family next to us we could hear walking, running, flushing toilets until 1:00am every night. One day, the floor above us had some work being done. We could hear power tools and sanding, etc. It was not a peaceful experience at all. The home has a lot of natural light which is good until late night and early morning hours. Front and back have curtains on sliders that allow light coming through. If looking for a place that not you won’t spend much time at and most time at the beach, it serves its purpose. It has plenty of sleeping space.

Beautiful views, steps from the ocean!! Our families enjoyed watching the sunset across the intercostal from the porch and- with such a short walk to the beach- lunches and snacks were easy!
