Don’t hesitate to rent this place, it is well worth it. Amazing location with great amenities. The pool was a great escape from the heat with the beach being not much further. The elevator made this trip possible for a family member, who isn’t very mobile, to be able to enjoy all parts of the house and even the beach. We really enjoyed our time here.

The perfect spot

The house was beautiful and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed being steps from both the beach and pool. The location between the Kure Beach pier and Carolina Beach boardwalk was perfect. Highly recommend!

The condo was well equipped, clean and lovely. We got lots of use out of the pool due to rip tides.We had a squirrel problem eating the deck on street side, Jim set trap!It didn’t interfere with our visit and Jim WS very responsive.Sure it will be taken care of before next rental

Excellent house! The owner, Jim, was super helpful. Place was clean, beds were comfy, location was good, lots of little extras. Elevator was a huge help when loading and unloading luggage and groceries. Pool was a BIG plus with our 6 kids. The kids and adults alike said it was an excellent stay! Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1 Perfect Alignment! We loved the direct access to the ocean and the pool. The decks were wonderful. We found everything that we needed for making meals in the kitchen. The gas grill had propane but only two burners worked satisfactorily; probably it needs to be replaced. We only used the grill once. We would highly consider renting this home in 2026.

The property was in a wonderful location, had a beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. We had a challenging check-in due to miscommunications on the part of the cleaners to the management company and thus to us. While Check-In was supposed to be 4:00pm (and we were able to drop our things off) the cleaning team had not arrived. We thus could not not get in till hours later. This affected our ability to get dinner going, kids to bed on time, etc. In addition the HVAC on the main/ground floor was not working due to a backed up drain pipe which triggered the safety switch on the system. To management's credit, they had the HVAC company out the next day who promptly fixed the system and the maintenance man out to replace lights/fix other things I noted. I truly appreciated the responsiveness of management to the issues I brought up. One of the biggest maintenance items though that could not be fixed was the fridge and the oven. Both appliances should truly be replaced as LEDs were non functional, the oven door did not fully close which would not allow it to effectively function (thus we had to prop it shut with a chair/barstool combo) and the fridge (set to the coldest setting) was keeping food between 40 and 50 degrees (as read by my Thermapen One) when it should be between 33 and 39. Would we rent again, yes, but only if those items were fixed.
