Very simple but adequate….but housekeeping isn’t great. Hair in bathroom & one bed. They were very apologetic and gave us another room. The beds were clean but hair in bathroom and round sink. Cleaned with my own Clorox wipes.

Good effort to maintain the aged property, to be commended. Only issue experienced is the entrance to the rooms which is a hazard. The room is not level with the sidewalk by at least 10" and it is not obvious nor marked. The step is literally at the door, no "ledge" whatsoever.

Very clean & tidy, comfortable beds. Perfect for our 2 night stay to visit Cowtown rodeo. I believe its family owned, all pitch in it to help run the motel. Two things we forgot to mention to owner. Our shower head leaked & our pillows were very firm. Nothing big & im sure if we had mentioned our shower head issue it would have been tended to right away. Would stay again.
