HOUSE for TWO + PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL + 542 m2 : 30 min from Melgar and 20 min from Girardot

IG: @lepremierreveapicala

Le Premier Rêve is a cabin with cozy touches and a private pool, where you’ll find art in every corner. You’ll have 542 m² to reconnect with your true self. You’ll feel at peace in a space full of romance, surrounded by nature and its sounds. Just a few minutes away, you’ll find a river with a walking trail. Melgar and Girardot are 25 minutes away, and Carmen de Apicalá is a 5-minute drive away.

Live this dream as if it were your own. Pets are welcome!

We’ve given the whole house its own unique character. We love yellow lighting, art, and retro details—that’s why you’ll find the master bedroom featuring artwork on the walls and one-of-a-kind decor.

The entryway is beautiful, with vinyl records in their original sleeves, worthy of the art of the ’70s and ’80s.

The kitchen features a fixed wooden shutter as a wall and is fully equipped.

We have a giant tree that keeps the house cool, and if you look up at the floor beneath it, you’ll see more abstract art. Come sit down for a few beers!

The best thing is to relax by the pool, with the tree canopy right overhead. If you’re lucky, you’ll see different species of birds perching on its branches.
Make yourself comfortable in this cottage, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop and a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a garden.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.
