On my second day, we called the receptionist, walk down to the lobby, twice for them to take out the trash and bring two clean towels. Waited for room service as they were working the different floors and nothing. At 9 PM after returning to the room it still was dirty and the trash still there. Walked down to lobby and was asked to take the trashcans out to the door and someone will pick them up. Wife saw a lady cleaning a room and asked if she could bring two clean towels and was told they were only cleaning a room; however, she could go down to the lobby and ask for the towels.

Hotel was a decent hotel. Breakfast was basic, but good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and room was clean. The rooms are noisey, you can hear banging from other rooms and the pigeons outside are extremely loud. TV only gets 3 stations. Staff advised they were having problems with cable, however, i have found this problem at other Hilton hotels. They only have 2 streaming services you can log into. They either need to figure out the cable, or download more streaming services onto TV.
