Villa Giada consists of two distinct and separate villas, each of which is independent and has its own entrance and outdoor area. The property features a beautiful private pool for the exclusive use of guests. This listing is for Villa 2, which consists of: a spacious living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen, three double bedrooms, and one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, for a total of 10 sleeping accommodations. The villa features 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking.
All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils (refrigerator, dishwasher, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, capsule coffee machine and traditional coffee maker, coffee cups, and breakfast mugs). Outside, there is a private area furnished with a table and chairs. From the garden, a short path leads to the very large and comfortable pool (there is also an outdoor shower by the pool). THE POOL IS OPEN EVERY DAY FROM 10:00 A.M. TO 8:00 P.M., FROM MAY 1 TO OCTOBER 31. The villa also features air conditioning, free unlimited Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and private parking. Linens and towels are provided.
SLEEPING CAPACITY
The villa can accommodate 10 people: 2 in the first bedroom with a double bed, 2 in the second bedroom with a double bed, 2 in the third bedroom with a double bed, 3 in the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 on the single sofa bed in the living room.

The villa is equipped with free, unlimited Wi-Fi (the signal is available both inside and outside the villa).

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.

SWIMMING POOL THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN DAILY FROM 10:00 AM TO 8:00 PM, FROM MAY 1 TO OCTOBER 31. The pool is reserved SOLELY and EXCLUSIVELY for guests of the two villas. It is not shared with anyone else. POOL DIMENSIONS: length 14 meters, width 6 meters, minimum depth 1 meter, maximum depth 3 meters.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
The Villa is located in a rural area just a few kilometers from the center of Carini. In the area, just a few meters from the Villa, you’ll find everything you need (supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, post office, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants). The villa is also just a few minutes from the highway, providing easy access to Palermo Airport (about a 15-minute drive from the villa), the beaches, and other destinations to visit during your vacation.
GETTING AROUND IN THE AREA
Upon your arrival, I’ll provide you with suggestions and tips to help you plan your vacation in Sicily. I recommend renting a car to get around easily, as there is no public transportation in the area where the villa is located.
