Set in a quintessentially Mediterranean setting, just steps away from a rocky, pebbly beach, this small, rustic villa—Villa Pino—is completely private. It’s the perfect place to enjoy both the open-air and covered spaces in complete relaxation during your vacation.
Surrounded by greenery, Villa Pino is located 5 km from Palermo Airport and 150 meters from the sea. Immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of the 1970s with vintage and functional furnishings for a pleasant stay. A shaded, typical Mediterranean garden. Outdoor areas equipped with furniture, a shower, a barbecue, a beach umbrella, and a hammock. Inside, there is a living room, a small kitchen area with a mini-fridge, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a smaller one with two single beds—and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with fans. Emergency kit provided. It also features an outdoor kitchen and a patio furnished with armchairs and two dining tables. Finally, there is a barbecue under the awning. All around is a large outdoor space with flower beds featuring Mediterranean vegetation.
Completely independent with access from Via Nettuno 51 and private parking. Coming from the Palermo Airport (5 km) or Trapani Airport (80 km), take the Marina di Cinisi exit and follow Via Piraineto (1 km) until the intersection with Via Nettuno. The villa is located 600 meters further on the right.
A family-friendly and relaxing setting, with a grocery store and a bus stop connecting to Carini just 600 meters away. The sea is easily accessible, with a pebble beach 200 meters away and rocky shores 150 meters away. Beach equipment provided.
