What a fantastic hidden little gem! I’d say top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed at and one of those was the Marina Bay Sands! The interior design is absolutely gorgeous. The quality of everything is high, and you know the business does not hold back in pampering their customers in luxury! The bed was extremely comfortable, not sunken in and linen was soft. The shower was phenomenal, with really high quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also had breakfast included which again, high quality ingredients and hot breakfast made to perfection. Large selection for continental breakfast too, nice granola, fresh fruit including strawberries, lovely cheeses and cured meats. The outside garden and fire pit is lovely too. Highly recommend and would love to stay again! 🤩❤️

Extremely welcoming to pets. Hotel provided a comfy dog bed, blanket, feeding mat, water bowl and a doggy welcome box complete with treats and toy. Very impressed. Only area pet not allowed was actual restaurant which was absolutely fine as all other areas were perfect. Thank you Royal George for a lovely stay.

What a gorgeous hotel. The garden room for the girls (our two Standard Poodles 💕) was absolutely perfect, they even had their own gift boxes and beds waiting for them, which was such a bonus. The team at The Royal George were wonderful, and Kirsty in particular couldn’t do enough for us. The whole place is spotless, beautifully thought through, and felt hugely welcoming. The Upper Deck restaurant was a real treat too, the monkfish was incredible, so if it’s on the menu, don’t hesitate! Tintern itself is such a gem… tucked along the River Wye, surrounded by peaceful country walks and the stunning, historic Tintern Abbey. A real find. Highly recommend. ✨
