The hotel is located in great location and within easy reach of Cardiff and good views. The staff really polite, friendly and helpful. The room and bedding linen was very clean. The bathroom did need bit of TLC. Although I did not get a chance to get breakfast, there were options for eating in and taking it away. I would recommend and would book hotel again.

The room was clean and tidy with tv and tea making facility. Shower was a good standard with decent hot water supply. Staff were extremely helpful and approachable and good size bar and restaurant. The hotel itself is a bit dated but you could see that renovations are taking place to update it. There are a number of attractions nearby notwithstanding the airport and I would very much recommend it for its facilities, location and price.
