Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Check in was hard work. Their communication with access to the property was none existent and we had to contact them via the booking agent as their details were incorrect. No one to speak with until the end when we were charged for damages to a sofa bed that wasn’t even used. Would advise you check everything and report anything you find as soon as you check in.
