No towels, pillows missing enable to call reception because the phone did not work so as a disable person i have to walk back to reception 3 time to sort problems. 3 disable parking spaces all full for cars with no blue badages. Told reception and they said they would have them moved, on my return after 3 hours the same 3 cars park in them. As a disabled war veteran with 30 years servers in the Royal Navy. This is the worst experience iv have. I through the best western hotel in Weymouth was bad which i stayed in a few months ago, but this place was disgusting. I will no be staying in a best western again and i will be spreading the word across the military net work.. extremely disappointed 😞

Very friendly attentive staff at check in and breakfast service. The room was spotless, large shower cubicle, excellent hot water and good water pressure, with Dove products provided. Well lit car park, conveniently located near major roads. Healthy options for a working breakfast.

Sofa bed was not made up, when I asked reception she was polite but said they don’t do that. The duvet was scrunched up on a shelf with a dirty cover on. The receptionist did bring new clean one to my room. There was also someone else’s shampoo and shower on the corner of the bath which made me question the standard on cleaning that went into the room.
