A chalet nestled among the pine trees between the lake and the sea

This is a small semi-detached chalet in a very quiet residence nestled among pine trees, between Lake Maubuisson and the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Everything is easily accessible by bicycle from the chalet via cycle paths. The residence has a large swimming pool open to guests with a secure code. The chalet features a large covered balcony, ideal for family meals. A griddle is available on this balcony. There is a convenient kitchenette, a small TV lounge, and a small bathroom with a shower. The mezzanine is furnished with a double bed (140x200cm) and an extra bed. The only enclosed bedroom is the children's room with bunk beds. A washing machine, coffee maker, and cleaning supplies are provided. Dishes and towels are included, as well as bed linen for stays of one week or more.
