Angenehm überrascht

Wir kommen seit 2007 immer wieder nach Carcans und in diese kleine Ferienanlage. Habe hier schon div. Möglichkeiten durch (4er, 6er-App im Einzelhaus oder mit Treppe ins OG). Es hat sich etwas getan in Komfort u Ausstattung. Dieses kleine 4er Appartement ist mit wertigen Geräten ausgestattet, kleines Bad sauber u Dusche gut funktionierend. Bis auf etwas Schimmel in der Duschkabine ist nichts auszusetzen. Es fehlt eine Lüftung, die Gäste sollten evtl die Tür nach dem Duschen offen lassen. In der Kammer ist von Putzutensilien bis Sonnenschirmen u kleinen Bodyboarden alles vorhanden..das hatte ich früher schon anders erlebt. Insgesamt hatte ich weniger erwartet, da uns allen die Umgebung und das Meer wichtiger sind, als die „Bude“. Kommen sicher gerne wieder !

Ferienwohnung Bewertung

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Inserat, es war eine ganz andere Wohnung, wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Zudem mussten wir den Schlüssel im nächsten Ort (Lacanau) abholen und zurückbringen, ca 15 Min. Fahrt von der Wohnung. Die Anlage war insgesamt ziemlich heruntergekommen.

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit und...

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Unterkunft sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir fahren schon viele Jahre in diese Unterkunft und die Qualität nimmt leider von Jahr zu Jahr ab, sodass wir im nächsten Jahr eine andere Unterkunft suchen werden. Leiderwar es dem Personal der Unterkunft auch regelrecht egal, dass es dreckige Ecken und Gegenstände, sowie Schimmel gab. Sehr schade für die Unterkunft, weil die Lage wirklich sehr sehr schön ist und wir bis vor drei Jahrens ehr gerne dort hingekommen sind.

Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jah...

Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Häuser bedürfen außen dringend einer Renovierung. Die Fewo selber ist innen renoviert, die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Um an die Fewo zu gelangen muss ein gut 20 m langes Gartengrundstück aus Sand überquert werden. Es gibt keinen befestigten Weg zur Fewo 48. Bei trockenem Wetter und trockenem Sand ist dies nur lästig, jedoch hatten wir eine Woche Regenwetter. Bei solchem Wetter klebt der Sand an den Schuhen und man kann sich vorstellen, wieder Boden der Fewo dann aussieht. Die Kritik betrifft die Fewo 47, 48 und 49! Reisetipps: In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der täglich geöffnet hat. Ein ideales Gebiet für Radtouren. Günstiger Fahrradverleih in Carcans–Plage. Fantastische geteerte Waldwege für Radfahrer. Bordeaux ist eine Fahrstunde entfernt, ebenso die Düne von Pilat. Beides sehenswert.
