We had a 6 night stay downtown Carbonale at The Perch. It was clean, spacious, had a decent kitchen, washer and dryer, air, and TVs in all rooms. It is a very convenient location and was surprisingly quiet, except for workers weekdays working on the new pool area....but wasn't bad. We could walk everyplace from the unit. Very easy to access. I would stay again.

A friend of mine was getting married in the area and needed a place for her family to stay. The Perch on Main was perfect! Very clean, location was within walking distance to everything they needed, very comfortable, safe neighborhood, and manager was available when needed.
