The decor made me feel like I was staying at a European hotel. I enjoyed my stay in such historic surroundings. I hadn’t realized that breakfast was included and it was quite gourmet compared too many other free breakfasts. I enjoyed watching the deer stroll by while I was eating! I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and simple historic stay. We were pleasantly surprised how big the room was with porch access too. Breakfast was perfect and overall a lovely little CO town tucked far away. I don’t believe there was AC in the room but the ceiling fan and open windows helped. We hope to come back one day, hopefully before the castle is developed into a spa - so sad that the public access is null due to exclusive ownership.
