The kitchen includes a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, coffee machine, and washing machine, making it suitable for medium or long stays. The house is equipped with air conditioning, an indoor dining area, and all essential comforts for a relaxing holiday.



Outside, you will find a spacious private garden of about 900 sqm, fully fenced and for exclusive use—not shared with other accommodations. Access is independent via a private gate, ensuring privacy, peace, and security—ideal for families with children and pets. The garden, set in a pine forest, offers natural shade and plenty of space to relax outdoors, with a furnished patio, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.



Lacona’s sandy beach is about a 10–12 minute walk or a short drive away. Nearby you will find mini-markets, restaurants, and main services.
