Our little house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and immersed in the greenery of Eucalyptus trees, within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park.
From its garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Innamorata Gulf. A popular destination for lovers of snorkeling and canoeing, thanks to the small nearby Gemini islands, where clear water and a rich marine fauna reign. They are the ideal starting point for trekking or mountain bike excursions along the many paths of the Park, in summer the beach is served by a shuttle bus service to the town center.
The fine sandy beach is one of the largest on the island and alternates free areas with concession areas that have services such as rental of sun loungers and umbrellas, windsurfing, motor boats and water sports equipment. Near the beach there are also many bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other shops for every convenience.

Spiaggia dell'Innamorata (500 meters from the villa) is a beautiful and picturesque sandy beach hidden among the hills and rocks. It is located in the municipality of Capoliveri, on the southern coast of the island. It is easily accessible, but still has a certain privacy that makes it perfect for those seeking relaxation. The name of the beach, "Innamorata", is linked to several local legends. One of the most told stories concerns a love encounter between a young woman and a sailor. The calm sea and the suggestive landscape have inspired romantic stories over the centuries, which is why the beach has become a symbol of love and passion. Other nearby beaches are delle Francesche, Pareti (2.3 km) and Morcone (2.7 km).
A path starts from the house and reaches the beach in 5 minutes on foot.

Dhamma Home is a 2/3 villa, semi-detached with sea view. An ethnic style house is an environment that reflects the traditions, colors, textures that recall the earth and nature, with the atmospheres of different cultures of the world. Each element is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere, rich in stories and symbolism. It consists of a large living area with a single sofa bed and bookcase, kitchen with gas burners and oven. Bright double bedroom and renovated bathroom with shower (without bidet). The property is surrounded by a lush garden, and offers a large covered terraced outdoor space with BBQ area.


Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 21 are not allowed
- check-in in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets are not allowed
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
in case of use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
