Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio .
The structure sits on a hill immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and descends to the sea offering unforgettable views, hence the idea for the name Verde Blu. A boat trip to the Costa dei Gabbiani is recommended where you can discover the various coves on this side , equipped or wild according to your preferences, being the longest coastal stretch of the island it is able to satisfy everyone's tastes.

The apartment is located on the first floor and measures approximately 43 sq. m., it is made up of a living room with kitchenette, foldaway double bed and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower. To complete the apartment terrace / solarium with windows and splendid sea view. The apartment is equipped with a large TV, private parking included, a shared barbecue and a swimming pool.

- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- only small size pets allowed, with a fee of € 30 on the spot
