The staff are excellent, the location is brilliant and the roof top bar is great. The food in the Bistro is a bit overpriced but there are plenty of food options locally. It is also right in the heart of First Thursday fun.

This hotel is in the perfect location for first timers to Cape Town. We walked to multiple locations and it was easy to join tours from here. Lovely hotel

I would definitely stay here again if I was in Cape Town. The location is very good for restaurants and bars. The hotel was also clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast selection and restaurant attached to the hotel was also good!
