Sunrise Villas 91 - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

Located in the seaside suburb of Muizenberg, you will find this cosy
one-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodating up to two guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy a
comfortable self-catering stay, including an air fryer for added
convenience. The lounge features a comfy sofa, a flatscreen television,
internet access, a study nook, and sliding doors opening to a French
balcony boasting spectacular sea views.

The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-sized bed and
nightstands on either side, with a window overlooking the complex with
majestic mountain ranges as the backdrop. The bathroom is fitted with a
shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. Clean linen and towels are provided
with your stay.

Outside, guests will have access to the large, shared swimming pool to
enjoy an afternoon of swimming or basking in the African sun while
relaxing on the loungers.

Additionally, visitors to the Sunrise Villa will be close to Sunrise
Beach or East Beach to spend the day swimming, surfing, or
beachcombing. You can also view and snap pictures of the renowned
Muizenberg Beach Huts or sample some locally made goods at the
Muizenberg Fleamarket.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 1 St Davids Street, Costa Da Gama, Cape Town, 7945.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
