Additional to the comfortable living room furniture, guests can enjoy a movie whilst staying in bed as the apartment offers a flat screen mounted TV with DSTV (compact package).
The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and basin. Exposed concrete ceiling compliments the grey brick wall in the living room and gives 417 its industrial look; whilst the clean, neutral colours adds warmth to the interior.
Open the blinds and patio shutter doors to allow the natural light to flow in or step out onto the balcony with your morning coffee in hand.
The swimming pool area offers an amazing view of the city’s prominent landmark, Table Mountain. For those who prefer the ocean, a mere 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive down to Milnerton beach will allow you to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at the pristine Milnerton beach. There are two Myciti bus stations located within a few hundred metres of the complex.
Key West is the ideal apartment for the outdoor lovers, with a tennis club, cycling paths and canoeing on the lagoon close by; not forgetting the 18 Hole Milnerton Golf Course for those avid golfers. Enjoy amazing Cape Town sunsets whilst sipping on a cocktail at Maestros on the beach.
