The room was the perfect size for me and had everything I needed. The building is basically brand new, and is in the perfect Sea Point location for walking to restaurants/cafes etc. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Very close to a five star! It very affordable and the apartments are great. Had two stays in two different apartments. Both great. The communication was excellent. I would only wish for a little bigger bed!
