Home away from home just 200 meters to the beautiful beaches on the Delaware Bay! Let your pup roam free in the fully fenced back yard of this modern 2 bedroom/2 bath home that is just 3 blocks to the bay beach where you can swim, kayak, paddle board, or just relax and take in the breathtaking sunsets. This rental at 1302 Emerson Avenue has been designed so you can unwind and enjoy your stay: private back yard, deck and patio, grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. Then when you're tired from an amazing day, get a good night's sleep in the King en suite, or the 2nd bedroom with the pyramid bunk bed (queen on bottom, XL twin on top), or crash on the Full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your family's company in the fully open-concept living space with high-end kitchen, or relax quietly in the enclosed front porch. Dogs under 30 pounds are welcome with a $175 pet fee and must be in a crate when left alone. A $175 cleaning fee will be charged for stays less than 7 nights. Renters to bring own bed linens and towels. Exterior security cameras are utilized for security purposes only, 1 in the rear garden overlooking the patio, 1 in the front door doorbell.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wipe-down countertops - cleaning supplies are under the sink. Remove all food items from fridge, freezer, cabinets. Place dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start cleaning cycle.
Place trash and recycling in outdoor trash cans at side of house. Remove any pet waste from yards, place in outdoor trash can at side of house.
Turn off all lights and lock all external doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We stayed here in late December 2025 and enjoyed ringing in the new year at this beautiful home. It may be only two bedrooms but the design of the house provides so much room. It’s is beautifully taken care of and the kitchen was open and had everything you need if you wanted to eat at home for breakfast lunch or dinner. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms were perfect. Jessica leaves you everything you need and we really appreciated the information left for us about the area and recommendations for restaurant's.It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to absolutely everything - a short ride to Washington street and walking distance to the beach. The back yard is beautiful and fully fenced in. We brought our Frenchie and Jessica leaves you everything you need for your pups. He loved being able to go outside and run around . We took him to the beach a few times and he loved it. The front porch is so welcoming and comfortable to relax in. This house truly was like home. It is not overcrowded at all it has lots of space for you to relax from the front porch to the living area to the backyard. I would not think twice about staying here again, it was a welcoming home that allowed us to enjoy ringing in the new year. Jessica is incredibly responsive to any questions you may have. She allows you your privacy and at the same time is there for you if you have any questions.We Absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to go back We really enjoy staying at this house.

Just a great week in a wonderful home with a perfect location.The home was clean and the owners were nice enough to let us know the cleaning was done early and we could check in ahead of time.Getting in was easy and the front enclosed porch was used by my wife and her sister to do a puzzle during our times not spent on the beach. The bedrooms were comfy and it was nice to have two full bathrooms!The proximity to the bay was perfect and having Harpoons a block away was super convenient when we were too lazy to cook ourselves.The back yard was immaculate with a number of spots to hang, and I used the grill once (very clean). Additionally, nothing feels better than taking a nice cool shower in the outdoor shower before heading to Cape May for the night (this was a pleasant surprise that I don’t think was in the original property listing!)The smart TV was all we needed and there were a couple of board games that we enjoyed as well.All in all a great time that we’ll be looking forward to returning to in years to come!

Great house. Great location. Great host.

We loved the house and the location. We walked to the beach during the day and went back for the sunset at night. We love it's proximity to Harpoon's On The Bay, also (one of our favorite places to hang out and to dine). The back yard was a very nice place to relax as well. Everything was as stated in the listing and Jessica always communicated in a clear and timely manner.

Great Getaway

Perfect beach stay

This cottage was pristine, freshly renovated, and decorated in a modern, uncluttered style. The free beach was close and very unpopulated. The very best feature was the great paio/deck/fenced backyard. We loved sitting out there together. This stay was most memorable and the cottage satisfied our needs perfectly! Oh, and the host, Jessica, was fantastic to work with-helpful, understanding and attentive.

Cute, clean, modern home in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

The home is beautiful, with a lot of modern upgrades and tech. Jessica was very communicative and helpful, as well as being extremely gracious and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing home and experience.
