Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Barbados. This clean-cut modern vacation villa is situated on a freshwater canal in NE Cape Coral, close to shopping and dining and El Rio Golf Club.

This beautiful new construction home features all amenities you may want and didn't even know you wanted. A gourmet kitchen lets you cook wonderful meals that you can enjoy Al Fresco Style on the screened in Lanai, the pool heater can even cool down the pool during the hot summer months, the large family room TV lets you enjoy game day on another level, and for those that can't live without, there is an office where you can work, if you must. Internet Access Point.

Please note that Villa Barbados is located on a freshwater canal with no access to the open water.

Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
