Gorgeous house in great location

We enjoyed 4 days in this awesome and comfy house with a great pool/spa and dock. Everything we needed was provided. There were 2 bikes in the garage to cruise around in the neighborhood, a Publix is nearby. The house is elegantly furbished and spacious. We enjoyed having breakfast at the table on the dock with waterfront view. Would absolutely come back!

Spring break

Beautiful home. We loved the pool especially after a day on the golf course. It was a nice walk in the morning to Dunkin Donuts for coffee. Great location to waterfront dining at both Rum Runners and High Tide Social. My only concern was the house temp set to 74 degrees. It was great for during the day but for sleeping we really needed it to be 70 degrees. We would come back!

Beautiful, Peaceful Place

Stayed 4 nights in this beautiful home in quiet neighborhood surrounded by wildlife. Comfortable beds, wonderful hot tub and pool; lots of little nooks inside and out; excellent communication with property manager; reasonable drive (45-mins) to Sanibel's Bowman's Beach; delicious restaurants nearby with attentive service (Point 57, Luigi's and Rumrunners after Dolphin cruise which docks steps away). House was even more beautiful than the photos. Would stay again.

Beautiful home on the canal

This home is beautiful. Owners have done a great job in modernizing. Beds were very comfortable. Messaged property manager twice with no responae, but it wasnt urgent so not a huge deal. Travel shampoo, conditioner, lotion, 2 rolls tp and kleenx in each restroom. 1 roll paper towels and.a few trash bags. Salt, pepper are there anything else you will need to bring. Coffee maker but no filters so be sure to buy some if you are a coffee drinker. Beach towels and full size washer and dryer. We would stay here again.

A beautiful property in a quiet location

We thought we were going to see a property that looked better in photos than real life. Very happily surprised. The house was beautiful inside and out. Looking at the location on a map made it seem like we would hear traffic but the main road narrows to one lane at an intersection before the house. Granted we were here in July which is a slow season so I can’t speak for any other time of the year but not many vehicles drove by during our stay and the ones that did, we never heard. The only negative was that the neighbor has ducks that would wander over periodically but they never disturbed us. Not an issue for us. Such a nice property that helped make our vacation a good one!

Cape Coral fun

The house listing was accurate. Home sleeps 6 with enough space for everyone and no one felt on top of one another. House was very clean. The pool and hot tub was fabulous! Lots of pool toys too. The entire yard and dock was spacious. The house had two cruiser bikes which we used every morning. If I can recommend something— would be nice if there was blinds in the kitchen area and window covering near the front door. More privacy especially at night.

Absolutely Fantastic

The most stunning property in the most wonderful location. It had every creature comfort and the decor is fabulous. Every little thing has been thought of here. Gorgeous home with all the amenities!

This house was awesome! It is everything it describes and more! Cape Coral is a nice town. The location was within close proximity to all the places we wanted to go. No drive was over 15 minutes- except for Fort Myers Beach and that was a little over 30. The property manager was immediately in contact on the day of our arrival. We also went on a dolphin boat tour through Cape Coral Dolphin Tours. Great experience!! Highly recommend! Our kids really enjoyed it as well. We will definitely go back.

Fabulous

We loved the house and area. So much sunshine and white. Loved opening the bedroom doors in the morning to all of the light in the house. The pool area was very nice, a few things didn’t work but hey they had a hurricane just 9 months before. Was very clean and felt very private. No fish lol but we fished anyway. Only thing was there was no washing powder for dishwasher or washing machine. One would have been nice but it wasn’t a problem. I would just give it 100% happy. Any questions were answered promptly. Would love to go back and stay longer. Have fun. Oh eat At Lobster Lady. You can buy fresh seafood there also. Nice quite area. Loved it.

The pool was dirty, and smaller than what you see on the picture. Everything else was impeccable, we are blaming on the pool cleaning company. The owner reapply to us timely manner addressing our complaint.

We were a bit concerned due to last fall's hurricane. However, this property was just as advertised and possibly made even better as it was evident that many amenities were upgraded after the hurricane. We rented for two weeks but as we left wished we had stayed longer. Felt like home. Very clean and a great vacation experience. We would recommend highly!!!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Beautiful view.

The house was beautiful. The decorating was spot on. However, there were some issues. The weather was a little cold in Florida. The hot tub wasn’t working. The pool heater wasn’t going up. There was no cover. The house, as beautiful as it was, was filthy. I do NOT blame the owners; I blame the property managers. Some things could have made it better. It’s on a parkway. There were no window blinds in part of the back and in the front dining room. Was personally sleeping with one eye open. Because I was NOT familiar with the neighborhood and there was a full construction crew next door putting up a new house. I was just out of my element and not comfortable. However I swear the house IS beautiful and the view is spectacular. I'm not sure if I would go back. I feel bad for the owners .the house is beautiful and they obviously took the time out to update and decorate it so nicely I'm wondering if they realize the agency is neglecting it

The house it self was perfect. There were only two things that were downs. One the house was not very clean on the kitchen area at our arrival as l and the other one was that the pool was not heated. Other than that it was great.
