Pluses: Clean home, nice amenities, nice neighborhood. Minuses: ridiculous to ask to wash towels though. Not easy to do wash in the morning when you’re ready to leave, not to mention paying a cleaning fee. It’s dog friendly yet there is a large hole in the chain link fence that my dog got out of. There are large trees you can not see through to see the back fence so we did not know there was a hole.

Nice place, even better manager

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are very accurate. Everything was clean, including the outside, except the grill. We did have a couple of small problems, but the manager (Stars Vacation Rentals) was superb. They deserve 5 stars. If you don't rent this property, look for others they have as they are really great. When we arrived, the grill was very dirty. Charline and Kevin came over immediately and did a very professional job of cleaning it. As far as the house, it was as pictured, but there were a couple of things that I should mention. Some of the cups were chipped and should have been discarded. The bathrooms were small, but I guess that was evident from the pictures. There are five TV's, including one outside on the lanai. At the time of our rental, they didn't have cable, but they had Amazon Firesticks and plenty of apps available.
