Nice place and location

Nice house as described. Great pool and back yard overlooking the canal. Very relaxing. Location was close to restaurants, stores, etc. Had a lot of trouble with the electronic lock system on the front door - was constantly locked out to the point we had to leave a door unlocked to get in. That was the only issue. Clean and nicely appointed.

Wonderful vacation home

We spent a week at this property and loved it. Very comfortable home that was very well equipped for either a couple or family. View from most of the house is of the pool and canals. Patio was a serene spot to enjoy a cup of coffee before starting your day.

First-time VRBO renter. So very happy! The home was perfect. It was spotless, beautiful, and exactly as described. Ceiling fans in every room. Pool and pool lanai was great. Overlooking the water was wonderful. Even the pups loved the property. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Stay!

My sister and I brought my 90 year old mother to Fort Meyers to visit her brother who she had not seen in a few years. The property was exactly as pictured! The back yard space was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Gorgeous sunsets! Just an overall perfect getaway! The owner was easy to work with and very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

The property is exactly as photos. It was perfect for the two of us. Everything inside has been totally renovated in very good taste. The house is beautiful. The pool beyond beautiful. Adriano is a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and helpful. The automatic heat setting for the pool is perfect, and we were comfortable in the water at all hours. All the house settings are very user-friendly. We are looking forward to booking another stay here next year. Love, love,loved it!!!!!!!!!

Very clean. Owner very responsive. Could use a railing on the pool to go down the steps to get into the pool, a little hard for us seniors to enter without holding on to something! Very pleasant stay.

Super relaxing

We decided to go to the west coast for Friendsgiving and we really had a very good time. The house is very confortable and clean, the neighborhood is super calm and quiet. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this place.

direct water for kayaking and pool for chillaxing

Totally renovated home, well stocked with the essentials. Kayaks (2 person and a single) give you a water side view of lovely homes. Ideal for up to 4, sleep space for 7 is a little more adventure-some. Would go back again in a heartbeat! Pictures are totaly accurate!
