We did not have the breakfast, but Mister said the weight room was great. Room was clean, with lots of useful kitchen items. Outlets were a little hard to access. Loved the balcony and sound of the ocean, as well as the beach for walking.

This property is VERY WELL kept - everything was clean and there were plenty of towels as well as a note offering complimentary toiletries as needed. The toaster, microwave, coffee maker and fridge in our seaside room were a nice convenience. The balcony overlooking the beach and grill/ picnic area provided panoramic views of the harbor. And then, if having the beach and the soothing waves isn't enough, there is a cafe, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub in the property buildings on the other side of the road. We used the pool and hot tub (soooo nice after an afternoon walking around Ptown, which is only 3+ miles down the road).
