The room was nice but all amenities were not open (indoor pool gym etc) and they still charged and 40 amenity fee. They said it was for the Keurig coffee and parking which is free on the street.

Yes the room was absolutely spotless Great Staff perfect area to relax near front desk and to bad the restaurant and the pool was close for the season but we look from out side and looks amazing I know the price we get was affordable for us because the end of the season but my family and I will love the get a chance on the summer to stay there hopefully we get some sale rates thumbs up for the Hyannis Harbor Hotel. Ps. my grandson can stop talking about it.
