New policy to tell you your room is ready but it costs $40 to get in early (before 4pm). Not cool. I’ve got little kids so we paid….but just another way to get extra $ out of us. Staff were lovely.

The staff are great. The room had issues; the king bed had Queen sheets on it that kept coming off the mattress and the microwave was broken, they charged me two nights for a one night stay ($375) because the hotels are basically filled with people that are waiting for or returning from cruises. We met my son and his family from Ohio that were going on a cruise. Since we live in Florida it was only a two hour drive to visit with them before their cruise. It’s amazing how these hotels rip people off with a two-day minimum when some only need a one night stay.
