I booked a room with hotel.com came in they said they where sold out of rooms requested my money back with hotel.com which they refused to do then I got an email later that night saying thanks for checking in which I didn’t do. Hotel is very nice! Emma was very helpful and sweet at check in. The hotel was extremely busy but she still took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and let us hang out around the pool until our room was ready and checked us in early. Thank you Emma! All the other staff is very friendly as well!
