Amazing 2 /2 Beachside Get Away w/Nice Ocean View!

This ocean front condo has a nice view of the ocean from the balcony with a southeast exposure! It is located in Sunny Cape Canaveral not far from the port. It is about 1 mile south of Jetty Park and 2 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier. It is a nice quiet community and ideal for spending a few relaxed days on the beach! There are restaurants and other amenities nearby!!

The space
The condo is very spacious and has two master bedroom suites with bathrooms, a large living space, and a kitchen with all the necessities provided. The condo is a penthouse unit on the second floor and you have to access it through a flight of stairs, which leads to the main entrance. You also have to take stairs from the main entrance of the condo to the main floor. The inside of the condo is a split level with a bedroom on the main floor and a bedroom on the second floor above, which is accessed through stairs.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which has a kitchen. There's a private balcony. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

It’s very clean, it’s been updated, and the location is top notch right on peacock beach. The pullout couch is nice and comfortable. The bathrooms are very good. There are two to three flights of stairs, so be mindful of that if you or your company can’t use stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this place! From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The hosts thought of literally everything—having items available ranging from everyday essentials like salt to convenient extras like beach chairs made our trip so effortless and relaxing.The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning, offering the perfect backdrop every morning and evening. The location was fantastic, the space was clean and comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and we will definitely come again!
