Situation géographique agréable, mais très déçue par l'hébergement

Déjà difficile de réserver le créneau horaire d'arrivée sur la plateforme de réservation. A notre arrivée, accueil et visite en moins de 5 minutes, sans vraiment d'explication. Logement vraiment ancien, et pas vraiment propre. Literie de mauvaise qualité. A l'extérieur, un âne qui fait énormément de bruit nuit et jour. Sur l'annonce, 3 logements annoncés. Finalement, gros centre de vacances avec au moins 7 logements, comprenant un logement pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Soit une énorme résidence. Piscine agréable. Piqûres de différents insectes durant tout notre séjour en journée et en nuit. La machine à laver est commune à la résidence, y compris les logeurs. Pas de possibilité d'étendre une serviette dans le logement. Vraiment déçue à la fois par le logement et l'accueil.

Un véritable havre de paix en pleine nature mais proche de tout.Un gros potentiel alliant découverte de la Toscane et moment de détente.Conditions d'herbergement impeccables,site isolé et agréable,une hotesse(Viviana)à l'écoute de ses clients:disponible,efficace,aux petits soins,sens du contact humain,généreuse et un pêche d'enfer,à la bonne humeur communicative.Bref:un séjour de 2 semaines qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires.A recommander!Pascal francelle,séjour du 09/07 au 23/07/2016
