Lovely little cottage with a private swimming pool (set on earth, diameter 3.6m, depth: 0.90m), which is located on the hills between Lucca and Florence, amidst the medieval hamlet of San Gennaro. Set in a beautiful hilly landscape. Small characteristic stone cottage, which lies, in the ancient hamlet of San Gennaro. The house disposes of an independent entrance and a private completely fenced garden. Stunning views onto the surroundings hills. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, barbeque and shower. There is also a swimming pool (set on earth) perfect for children. Entrance on the ground floor: spacious living room with 1 sofa bed, TV, 2 armchairs, fire-place, living cum dining with stove, oven, small electric oven, fridge/freezer, dining table, exit onto the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. 1st floor: 1 spacious double bedroom with 1 additional single bed, big characteristic window, panoramic views onto the surrounding hills. Furnishings in country style, beamed ceilings, partially visible stonewalls, air-conditioning. In order to water the plants and to clean the pool the owner needs to access the garden within the house (there is no external access to the garden/pool area); this happens usually every 2nd day, at about 18:00h. Obviously, guests may make other arrangements with the owner if the timing is not convenient for them.
